FAQ — Frequently asked questions

Here you'll find answers to the most frequently asked questions. Another question? Write to us via the Contact page or the chat at the bottom right.

How long does delivery take?

Our items are made to order. Allow 2 to 7 working days of production, then 3 to 10 working days of delivery in France and the European Union, and 7 to 20 days internationally. The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page.

How much does shipping cost?

Nothing at all: shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. Remember to check your spam folder. An order with several items may arrive in several parcels.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 30 days after receipt to request a return, no questions asked. Write to us with your order number and we'll send you the steps to follow. All the details are in our refund policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return costs are yours, unless the item is defective, damaged or doesn't match your order: in that case, we take care of everything.

How do I choose my size?

Every clothing page includes a size guide in centimetres, and our full size guide is linked right under the size selector. Some pieces run small: when that's the case, it's mentioned in the description. If in doubt, ask us in the chat.

How do I receive an e-book?

Immediately after payment, via a download link sent by email. E-books are in PDF format, readable on phone, tablet or computer. Please check the language of each edition on its product page: most titles are currently in French.

Can I get a refund for an e-book?

As with any digital content, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download has started, since you request immediate delivery. If the file won't open or causes a problem, write to us: we'll find a solution.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments go through Shopify's secure platform. We never have access to your bank details.
